1. What is this form for?
- We are looking to launch our loyalty system in the second quarter next year and would like to invite you to our rewards program. You will be entitled special privileges for early bird registration.
2. How will my personal data be collected and used?
- When you fill up our Google Form, we will collect your name, contact, birthday month and email address. The information provided is only accessible by TRT Advertising and Promotions team.
- Your personal information will be used only for the purpose of our Customer loyalty program and will not be transferred to any third party vendor without your written consent.
- A personal online account will also be created and password will be automatically generated and sent to your e-mail.
