Returns & Refund

Please note that sales items that are not defective are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

To be eligible for exchange or return, the item(s) must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original sold condition with its tags intact

All exchanges/returns for regular priced items are only allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Do note that returns will be refunded in form of store credits.

There will be a delivery fee of RM10 for ineligible returns.

RETAIL EXCHANGE

You may exchange the items purchased online in any of our retail stores.
However, some of our stores do not carry all the styles showcased on our online store. For Size Exchanges, do contact us at [email protected] to reserve a piece at the preferred location and we will make arrangement.

Once the exchange is arranged, please kindly bring along the item in original condition with original tag and packaging, as well as the printed invoice, to the indicated outlet in the email.

A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns. In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or refunds on accessories unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.

Please note that all exchanges are final, i.e. exchanged items cannot be further returned or exchanged.

RETURN via POST

Alternatively, you may also choose to return the parcels to our warehouse at the address below. After doing so, do drop us an e-mail to let us know

Not to worry, courier company will contact you via SMS and if you will are not home, please give them delivery instructions or re-schedule the delivery date or time. In case of failed delivery, there will be a second delivery attempt.

BOUNCED PARCELS

We’ll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel. A re-delivery fee of RM10 will be incurred. Alternatively, you may choose to collect the parcel in-stores.

Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 1 year will be deemed as TRT CONCEPT’s property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

The refund amount for returns will be based on merchandise value on the invoice, after discount if applicable. Do also note that shipping fee paid are non-refundable. Please e-mail us at [email protected] should there be any dispute on the refund amount.

  • Store credit is applicable only for online purchases at trtconcept.com
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit is not applicable for use in any of the TRT CONCEPT retail stores.
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • They cannot be used for purchase of any gift vouchers.
  • Store credit will be credited into your online account once return & exchange has been finalized via email.
  • Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require payment via credit card or PayPal for the balance due.

You would usually receive an e-mail informing you that you have a store credit. A code will be attached in the e-mail and also, the store credit will be shown in a form of voucher at checkout page.

Two methods of redemption

  1. Simply copy the code and apply it at checkout page.
  2. Log into your online account and head over to checkout page. Then, tap onto the store credit voucher to apply

A refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods. Once the returned goods fulfil our return policy, the refund will be initiated.
